Returns & Exchanges

At Pierre B Fine Jewelers, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with a return or exchange subject to the following conditions:

  Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

  Items must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by the original receipt, packaging, and any certificates or documentation.
  
• 
  Custom-designed, personalized, engraved, resized, or special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  
• 
  Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment, less any applicable shipping charges.
  
• 
  Clients are responsible for return shipping costs and are encouraged to use a fully insured and trackable shipping service.
  
• 
  Any item showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse may not qualify for a refund.
