Shipping Policy

At Pierre B Fine Jewelers, we understand that your jewelry is both valuable and personal. Every order is carefully inspected, securely packaged, and shipped with the highest level of care to ensure it arrives safely.

Order Processing

  • In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment has been verified.
  • Custom-designed jewelry, made-to-order pieces, and special orders require additional production time. Estimated completion dates will be provided at the time of purchase.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Methods

  • We offer complimentary insured shipping on all jewelry orders within the United States.
  • All shipments are fully insured while in transit.
  • A signature is required upon delivery for your protection.
  • We ship only to physical street addresses. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information so you can monitor your package throughout delivery.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been shipped:

  • Standard Insured Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Expedited shipping options are available upon request for an additional fee.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping

At this time, Pierre B Fine Jewelers primarily ships within the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., please contact us before placing your order so we can discuss available shipping options.

Shipping Restrictions

For security reasons:

  • We reserve the right to require additional identity verification before shipping high-value purchases.
  • Orders may only be shipped to the verified billing address or another approved address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date.
  • Keep all original packaging and contents.
  • We will work directly with the shipping carrier and insurance provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Delivery Responsibility

Once a package has been signed for at the delivery address, responsibility transfers to the recipient. If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, please notify us immediately so we can assist in opening an investigation.
