At Pierre B Fine Jewelers, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with a return or exchange subject to the following conditions:


  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by the original receipt, packaging, and any certificates or documentation.

  • Custom-designed, personalized, engraved, resized, or special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment, less any applicable shipping charges.

  • Clients are responsible for return shipping costs and are encouraged to use a fully insured and trackable shipping service.

  • Any item showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse may not qualify for a refund.
